In Piranha Flip, you must escape the piranhas—or become fish food!

To start, shuffle the double-sided piranha cards and deal one to each player, along with five bandage tokens. Place the top card of the deck in the center of the table. On your turn, play your card to the table with either side facing up, then flip all other cards of the same color. If at least ten piranhas of one color are visible, that swarm attacks you, costing you tokens based on the swarm’s size. Draw a card to end your turn.

When a player runs out of tokens, the game ends. The player with the most tokens left wins.

Piranha Flip also includes a cooperative variant.
