Returns

Procedure

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number (received within 48 hours)
  • Return items in perfect condition in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Include a copy of your invoice

Return deadlines

  • General items: 30 days after delivery
  • IT/electronics: 14 days after delivery

Non-returnable items

  • Opened books, software, and media (CD/DVD)
  • Incomplete or damaged items

Return fees

At your expense, except if:

  • The item is defective
  • We made an error with your order

Warranties

  • We honor manufacturer warranties even after the return period
