In Happy Pigs, a competitive strategy board game, players take on the role of pig farmers working to raise healthy pigs and maximize their profits. During each round, they choose from a variety of actions: feeding their pigs, breeding them, purchasing new pigs or selling them. Players can also purchase tools, including vaccines, nutritional supplements and birth amulets, to support the health and growth of their herds.
Strategy is key, as the number of available actions and tools depends on how many players choose the same option. Unexpected events, such as pig shows and sausage festivals, can also shake things up and create new opportunities to get ahead. Each season consists of four rounds, and any unvaccinated pigs die when the season changes. After four seasons, players sell all their pigs at prices based on their size. The player who earns the highest profit wins!
